TRAIN WITH US
We currently offer training runs on the following days:
Tuesdays at 6:30 am at Oakland Park - group leader is Cristina.
Thursdays at 6:00 am at the Greenway - group leaders are Carmen/Mark
Fridays at 6:45 am at the Greenway or the track - check Facebook for more info. Group leader is Kimberly.
Saturday mornings - run with the Long Run Crew (these runs vary from 6 - 20 miles depending on upcoming races, etc.). The pace is generally 10 - 11 minutes.
